Refund policy
RETURNS
We want you to love everything you purchase from us, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it in new condition within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it.
ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS
For items returned after 30 days from the time of purchase or items not in the original packaging in unused condition, there will be a 15% handling fee.
- Email support@symbiatherapy.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and include it with the return.
- Mail your return to:

- Once your return is received and checked you will be refunded the full purchase price (not including optional shipping charges). Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international customers due to the shipping time and cost.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for orders returned if the conditions above are not met.
REPLACEMENTS
For questions on repairs and instructions on how to repair your unit, please email support@symbiatherapy.com. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. If you notice something you think is in need of repair or you would like us to take a look at it, please follow the steps below:
- Email support@symbiatherapy.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and include it with the return. Please describe in detail what you think is in need of repair.

- Once your package is delivered to us, we will inspect your product and if possible, fix the item and send it back you. If your item is unrepairable, we will then contact you to organise a replacement if necessary.
